Alliance Care Technologies enables healthy aging by creation of the Catalyst Engage & Encourage community platform which helps adults to engage in group activities and provides a platform to Encourage the participation and interaction within the community. In this day and age, even the older members of the community depend on digital communication to get things done. Using digital platforms is even more important when we want to establish better communication between younger and older generations.

The Engage & Encourage platform consists of a Member Mobile App (Engage App) and a Staff Web App (Encourage App).

The two apps work together to enable easy and effective communication and interaction between the members and the facility staff. The Engage & Encourage platform provides a safe and secure online environment for the members and the staff to interact and to stay in touch … it helps the community to be a community.

The platform does not connect to any social media platforms. It is truly private and closed environment, this virtually eliminates the threat of unknown people posting inappropriate or negative content, trying to connect, or worse scammers who often confuse and deceive trusting online users.

Who is it for?

The Engage & Encourage platform can be used by any community, club, or organization which has a physical presence and wants to stay in touch with its members and coordinate group activities. This could be a family, gym, book club, community, or wellness center. Each new member must be confirmed by a Community Moderator/Admin before he/she is allowed to the community.

    Members receive information about group events via a trusted information channel, so they can engage easier and more confidently. Members can browse through all current and future events and get details on them.

  • Event enrollment management

    Members can easily obtain details about and enroll into group events through the mobile app. They can change their enrollment in case they can no longer attend.

  • Securely view Assessment Reports and Wellness Plans

    Secure and easy way for members view their assessment reports and wellness plans from one place.

  • Member to Staff Chat


    Convenient Contact our Staff capability to ensure that the member chats with the team or calls the right number.

  • Password Management


    Members can easily reset their password to ensure an uninterrupted access to their app, and avoid a need for contacting costly support.


Catalyst Encourage - Staff Web App Features

  • Today Dashboard


    The dashboard provides a simple and clear view of events happening today, Count of Expected, On Site, and Visited Members, Member chat, manual Check-in and -out, staff assignments & status, staff message board, and emergency contacts.

  • Broadcast Information


    Select events or messages to be promoted to the members via the member mobile app.

  • Event enrollment management

    Manage events and enrolment. Select events to be promoted to the Members via the Member Mobile App. Monitor the enrollment counts and identify similar events for easier suggestion of events to the members.

  • Member to Staff Chat


    Centralized communication with members via chat. All incoming chats from the members are visible in the Today Dashboard screen, allowing for quick responses.

  • Membership Management


    Keep track of Members and Non-Members, Membership expiry, and eligibility for events.

  • Role based access

    Information and functionality to be used is governed by predefined Role Based Access.

  • Staff Assignments

    The Facility Manager can assign staff to specific roles. Staff on Duty is shown in the Today Dashboard making it easy to understand the roles and responsibilities.
