Data Deletion Request for
ACT Catalyst Engage and Catalyst Assess

ACT provides users of ACT Catalyst Engage with a way to request deletion of their app account and associated data.

How to Request Data Deletion

In the app:

  1. Open ACT Catalyst Engage

  2. Go to My Profile

  3. Select Account

  4. Tap Delete Account

  5. Confirm the deletion request

Once confirmed, your deletion request will be processed.

If you cannot access the app:

Subject: Data Deletion Request – Catalyst Engage

Please include your registered email address, username, and name of the organization you signed up for our app with.

Data Deleted

  • Account information, such as name, email address, and username

  • Profile information

  • User preferences

  • App activity data associated with your account

  • Content or data you created within the app

Data That May Be Retained

  • Transaction or billing records, if applicable

  • Data required for legal compliance

  • Security and fraud-prevention logs

Retention Period

Account deletion requests are processed within 30. Data retained for legal, security, or financial reasons may be stored for up to 24 months and then securely deleted.
