This policy applies to consumer health data of residents of Washington, Nevada and other states with similar laws.

Your rights. You can confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; access it, including a list of all third parties and affiliates we shared it with and their contact details; withdraw consent; and have it deleted. Email privacy@alliancecaretech.com or use the app settings. We respond within 45 days, extendable by 45 days where needed. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond in writing.
